This is a delicate straw shade wine with a very fine, vivacious perlage creating a dense white mousse. Delicate citrus fruit on the nose with a hint of pastry crust. After desteming the hand picked grapes, are left on skins for maceration for the next 7 days. Douring the fermentation the wine is pressed and racked in 500l oak barrels, where wine ages for further 12 months amber gris eopca is a wine wiht an intrigant flavour, colour and a pleasant roundness serve chilled to 12-14 °C.
