The latter wine comes to life only during exceptional harvests. The last Angel Reserve 3 was a non-vintage cuvee. Produced from the years 2006, 2007 and 2009. Its successor is Angel Rdeče (Red) Rezerva 2020. The main part of this wine is Merlot from the Šmihel Livišče vineyard, which is complemented by only 5% of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Loke lega Koladovac vineyard. After three weeks of maceration, Angel Reserve 2020 was matured for 27 months in selected oak barrels. It was bottled without filtration and without fining during the waning moon.

The aroma of Chardonnay is inviting and fresh, with a fruit note reminiscent of ripe apples and flowers. Its straw yellow colour of medium intensity overflows with golden shades, while its well- balanced acidity gives it a full taste. Its fruity character fills the mouth with luxury, offering a slightly oily aftertaste.

The key to Angel White Reserve is the annual tasting of the entire wines dedicated to the Angel line. Those wines that achieve that “something extra” in the blind tasting become the basis for the final blending into the Angel White Rezerva genre. The latter wine is signed only by exceptional vintages.The Angel White Reserve range and its proportion has changed over the years. The only constant that unites the different vintages is the vitality of Angel White Reserve and its high elegance.
