A very complex and rich aroma.Medium bodied wine with taste expression of grapes and dried stone fruit. Crispy with a good balance between freshness, sugar, and structure. The aftertaste is exact and much expressed.Handpicked grapes. Few hours of maceration of crushed grapes, pressing and must clarification by sedimentation. Fermentation at temperatures between 10°C and 20°C. Four-month wine maturation in stainless steel tanks on the lees.
