The base wines of T2016 come exclusively from the heart of the cuvée and give pride of place to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. T2016 ages 5 years and 9 months in cellars, then rests 12 months after disgorging before finally reaching your tables.
The delicate chiseled nose opens with aromas of spoon biscuit, grapefruit, orange peel and almond.
In the mouth, the effervescence immediately melts into the body of the wine. We then perceive a more exotic character in retro-olfaction, with passion fruit, pineapple and lime.
It is at this precise moment that the physical presence of the wine takes over, carried by its crisp acidity which dissipates with shale minerality and aromas of honey and brioche with candied fruit.

It was named after the eponymous native white variety Krstač, which has grown in the vineyards of Podgorica from ancient times. This variety has a specific berry size and form which resembles a cross, after which it got its name.Wine of light golden color with green reflection. The fruity aroma of peach and pear. A soft, juicy taste and a refreshing finish. The light structure makes the wine drinkable and suitable for any occasion.

Light green colour with yellow hues, brilliant. Strongly expressed varietal characteristics. An aroma of Mediterranean herbs - bay, rosemary, thyme – combined with fruity and floral notes. A delicate, mineral wine with just the right balance of freshness and smoothness.Hand harvest of biodynamic cultivated grapes. Short maceration of crushed grapes, pressing and must decantation. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast present on the grapes. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Six months maturation of the wine on the lees in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Bottling without filtration according to biodynamic calendar with minimal sulphur addition.
