Nose
Quite gentle on the nose, nicely open and ripe. Fruity notes like ripe peaches are dominant, including touch of sweet spices like cinnamon
Taste
Dry on the palate, with oily texture, and pleasant feel. Though alcohol levels are moderat , it is obvious that it was made from fully ripe grapes.

White Carolina is of gold and yellow colour. The smell is expressive, with a distinct smell of coconut, caramel and over ripe fruit. A cuvee of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with a translucent ruby red color and dense texture. The walls of the glass are colored with each swirl.The intense aromas are a combination of ripe blackberries with maturation in wooden barrels. Ripe plum, black cherry, blueberry, and blackberry intertwine with faint hints of butter, vanilla, and cinnamon, which brings to mind a forest fruit pie. Notes of wood, pepper, forest undergrowth and cedar follow, and in the finish, we also find a slight note of chocolate.The palate feels soft, with well-integrated alcohols. Freshness and minerality are pronounced, its tannins have a velvety effect and dry our mouths quickly. It is an elegant, full-bodied wine with an intense and long-lasting taste. If ribula and EXTO (ex tokai) represent the floral and fruity part of the spectrum among our wines, Pinot Gris is from a completely different story. The color is quite deep, golden and indicates maturation and evolution. Although the primary aromas left the place for notes of flowers, dandelion honey, raisins and pine resin, the bouquet is unmistakably reminiscent of Pinot Gris.It might take a few minutes to break through all the layers of aromas and for the bouquet to fully open and develop. Dry in the mouth, with wonderful complexity and depth of character, a hint of tannins and a very long finish. Pinot Gris walking on untrodden paths, untamed but civilized.Pinot Gris is served chilled to 10 ° C.
