HUGO is an aromatized sparkling wine-based drink. Its basis is sparkling wine, produced by tank or. the Charmat method, in which the Sauvignon variety and some other typical varieties of the wine-growing region of Styria Slovenia predominate. In the cellars of Radgonske gorice, we were the only ones to add a fresh note of natural elderberry syrup, which conjures up a pleasant and delicate elderberry taste. The lightness of the drink is reflected in the low alcohol level of 4.5% Vol., And the bubbles give HUGU extra freshness.

Green gold colour, the Cuvée Victoire Premier Cru evokies the spring, buds and fresh leaves to be infused with ample sap and charm: linden, verbena. We associate it with a plunging natural faculty through the perception of the fresh and immersive character of the fragrances of flowers, cooking smoke and seafood. The palate is soft, tender, welcoming, placed on an axis of delicate limestone tension and speckled gray salt. In addition, the yellow stone fruit with a juicy, then tangy maturity gives an elegant development into beautiful bitters.

A wine of dark ruby red, almost black colour. The Amfora bottle is a designer masterpiece that showcases our best-selling wines. Hand harvested grapes from the best sections of the vineyards are processed and aged in oak barrels and the clay amphorae recessed into the cellar floor. Contact with the skin is long and the wine has time to enrich itself with all the goodness of the grape and to develop a blossom which indicates full maturity. These are wines for formal occasions, special dishes, and sophisticated company.

Red Burgundy is mainly produced in three French departments: Yonne, Côte d’Or and Saône-et-Loire. It is the northernmost part of that region that produces great red wines. The Pinot Noir varietal is at the basis of all red Burgundy appellations, from the most modest to the most prestigious.Dark ruby colour with purple highlights. The nose is very open, with notes of small black fruit and vanilla on a finely woody background.Fresh on the palate, supple and round.A lively and structured wine, with tannins that are present but coated. The finish is tart.

It has a fine ruby red colour. Its aroma is heady, well-orchestrated, and slightly herbaceous. The Pinot Nero variety stands out with elegant finesse. Its taste is delicate, elegant, and full-bodied, and it is slightly sweet and balanced. To be paired with central European dishes and with oven-baked fish dishes. Its delicacy means it is highly appreciated with white truffle dishes.
