These 20 different qualities, matured in a wide variety of casks, from former port to virgin bourbon casks, combine to produce a surprising, innovative and completely new whisky that has even exceeded our own expectations.
Tasting notes:
Colour: deep gold.
Nose: Summery fruity.
Taste: Slightly sweet, cinnamon, almond, notes of port wine, hints of liquorice.

The wine is a deep ruby color with brick hues, bold and structural. The look itself announces a serious wine. The scent emphasizes the palette of aromas of ripe cherries, mulberries, blackberries, dark plums, black pepper, coffee and vanilla, which in the mouth are formed in the aroma of cinnamon, cloves, chocolate, marzipan and tobacco.The wine is dry in the mouth and works lively and fresh, with a rich long aftertaste that intertwines with ripe tannins of grapes and oak wood, which further emphasize the harmony of the wine. The alcohol level is high but at the same time nicely incorporated into the aromas and therefore expresses the high complexity of the wine.We recommend it with red meat, venison and prosciutto.

Barolo Riserva Cannubi “1752” has been produced since harvest 2008, when Damilano family decided to enhance the historic core of Cannubi vineyard located in the highest and most central part of the hill.It is a small portion of about 2 hectares planted with Nebbiolo vines which today are between 50 and 70 years old . “1752” is conceived as a Reserve starting from the harvest. Very few bottles produced in an elegant “vintage” packaging to underline the culture, tradition and wisdom of a land that the world envies to the Langhe: Cannubi.
