Clear lemon in colour. The nose is fruity and fragrant. Lively and mineral, the Petit Chablis has layers of juicy white nectarine and peach flavours that result in a fresh finish.Whole bunches were collected into a pneumatic press. The fruit was settled for 12 hours at 12 to 15°C in specially designed wide tanks, resulting in very clear juice. Fermentation lasted for two weeks at 16°C in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then aged for six months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. Minimum filtration took place to preserve the natural character of the wine.The vines are cared for in the same way as the Domaine's own, with utmost attention paid to maintaining the lively, mineral fruit character that typifies good Chablis. The Petit Chablis was harvested according to the ripeness of each plot. Winemaker Grégory Viennois refers to Chardonnay's 'two-day window', once each parcel has ripened it is harvested within two days.Contains sulfites.

Semi-sweet Yellow Muscat is a typical representative of authentic Muscat from Styria. Wine is of pale lemon colour, because the variety does not offer many natural dyes from the skin, especially if the wine is produced by protective technology.Intense aroma reminds us of lime, lemon grass, elderflower blossom, orange peel and freshly ground nutmeg, in the end, especially on taste, a ripe pear appears. Taste is pleasant, medium-bodied, full of fruitiness, and has a good harmony in the ratio of residual sugar and a slightly higher acidity characteristic of Yellow Muscat. Wine is well rounded, while its flavours remain long after the last sip.

The four-hectare vineyard, located at an altitude of 60 metres, grows on the southern side of the limestone plateau of Saint Emilion.Grapes are vinified in truncated conical wooden vats and then matured in French oak barrels (50% in new barrels, 50% in one-wine barrels), for between 12 and 16 months. Deep purplish colour, with a nose which reveals crisp black fruit aromas enhanced by a fresh bouquet. Medium deep ruby colour with purple shades. The bouquet is moderately emphasized, beautifully ripe and floral. Ripe dark red and black forest fruits, nice touch of wood. Very fine. A dry taste, full-bodied, firm, delicious. It appears very ripe, with a bit of marmalade notes, but remains vibrant with a nice acidity. With soft tannins and a long aftertaste. It has matured for 1 year in larger oak barrels to produce a neat Blaufränkisch with a fruity aftertaste. Bluefränkisch is an indigenous Slovenian variety.
