It boasts an intense and lustful bouquet of overripe yellow fruit. We detect overripe apple, yellow plum and a fig, dried orange peel, dry yellow rose, honey, straw, thyme, roasted almonds, vanilla, gentle notes of butter and caramel, nutmeg, and a slight note of smoke.
Veliko rebula is dry, soft, with well-integrated alcohols. With crisp freshness and mineral salinity, leaving a slightly astringent taste. A wine of intensity that shows a balanced character, at the same time its youthful freshness indicates that it still has great potential for aging.
A great wine indeed, full-bodied, with accentuated elegance and a lasting persistency, reflecting overripe fruit, sweet spices and herbs.

Early morning harvest, grapes are picked within an hour, then destemmed and straight on maceration. After five days we press and vinificate in barrique barrels. After one year Veliko Rebula is bottled.

Vitovska grganja is an indigenous variety of grapes from the Karst. The wine produced from it is a fresh white with a peculiar taste and scent of wild berries and a bouquet of wild flowers. Maceration lasts one day, while fermentation takes place in wooden barrels for another year.

Of medium intensity, citruses on front. Followed by dry fruits and herbs, remembering us on odour of camomile blossoms and salvia. Zelen is medium bodied wine, with vivid acidity and harmonious instead. Taste remain genuine and lasts longer. Nice minerality. Zelen is autochthonous white variety from Vipavska Dolina, grows especially on the slopes of the southern hills. Because it is very sensible on summer drought, farmers plant it on the lower sights, where more humidity and more fertile soil. Zelen ripens late, gaining lower sugar content. After picking, short cold maceration has been performed, in order to increase its aromatic potential. After gentle pressing and sedimentation, spontaneous fermentation and malolactic fermentation was allowed. Wine was maturating for 6 mounths on indigenous lees before bottling.

Pinot Grigio from Pinot Grigio grapes, fermented as a white wine. It has an intense straw-yellow colour; its aroma is intense, full and fruity, with excellent persistence. Its taste is dry, velvety, and particularly well-orchestrated for its full body.To be paired with fish soups, chargrilled seafood and various dishes based on field mushrooms and porcini mushrooms. This wine is wonderful with squid ink lasagnette pasta and crayfish sauce.
