A deep and lively ruby red almost anticipates its intense nose of flowers and ripe red fruit, drifting into spice nuances. Smooth and fleshy on the palate, with a coherent resumption of balsamic and fruity flavors.

Ruby red with purple shades. We find raspberries, black currants, dark fruits. It is dry and fruity in the mouth, and there are relatively few tannins, which indicates that it is a wine for everyday occasions.
Born from a complex and varied soil of gravel, clay and silt, this wine is a perfect selection of the 3 main Bordeaux grape varieties, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.Fruity and structured with smooth tannins, it can be enjoyed when young or after a few years’ cellar-ageing.
Ruby red with soft garnet reflections, the bouquet has very typical delicate notes reminiscent of violet and red fruits. The wine finishes dry, rightly tannic, with a velvety, harmonic full body. Excellent with all kinds of roast and braised meat, game and aged cheeses. The vineyards, partly owned and partly leased, are situated in the most famous crus of the Langa region: Cannubi, Liste, Fossati, and Brunate, which are almost entirely cultivated with Nebbiolo da Barolo, and to a lesser extent, with Dolcetto and Barbera varietals.
Medium intense ruby color with a thin brownish edge and faintly colored tears. Onsmell first herbs and spices, then fruity (cranberries, blackberries, rosehip jam, plum jam), later the sweet ripe scents of vanilla, dried figs, tender musk, stable herring, hay open. Fine, smooth, sweet, ripe taste; the long aftertaste reminds us of mushrooms, umami. Medium full body.
The wine is golden yellow in color. On the nose, it is varietal clean, intense, rich, mature and fine. The predominant odors are elderberry, dry spices, hay, black pepper. The wine is dry, strong, moderately acidic and very mineral. Serious and upright body and elegant, fine and intense taste with a persistent aftertaste.
Fragrant grass, apple, and peach on the nose. Lively acid is nicely balanced on the palate. This noble wine shows delicate but unusually persistent flavour.Furmint is Slovenian oldest variety. It was already around in Roman times and has been present in this region for over 1,000 years. It is completely at home in this region and occupies one fifth of all vineyards. The Slovenian name for Furmint, ‘šipon’, supposedly comes from the times of the Illyrian Provinces, when Napoleon’s soldiers, upon drinking the wine, exclaimed “c’est si bon” – which was interpreted as ‘šipon’ by the locals.
