The wine is an intense ruby red color with purple undertones. On the nose it is extremely complex; cocoa, pepper, black currant and blueberry and the sweet smell of prunes. In the background the smell of truffles and sweet anise.

The color is delicate salmon, bubbles fine, more numerous. The bouquet is ripe, we find butter, bread crust, but still with a nice measure of reddish fruit. Dry wine with lively acidity, which gives a nice verticality, the texture of the bubbles is beautiful, fine, maybe a little bitter, but with a clear taste. Elegant, mature.Rose brut sparkling wine is produced from hand-picked velvet black grapes from 2009 from the Zadar vineyard above Šentrupert. After the alcoholic fermentation of the clear must, the wine was matured for one year in a stainless steel tank, after which it was re-fermented in bottles, where it was matured on yeast for at least three years.Produced by classical method.Medals:bronze medal Decanter London 2019, 89 points.

A wine with a translucent, ruby red color and a dense texture.Intense, sophisticated and inviting aromas of ripe plum, black cherry, even currant, notes of hibiscus and violet petals, as well as scents of vanilla, black pepper, roasted nuts, caramel, cloves, locust bean, leather with a slight perception of smoke.The wine is dry, soft and fairly warm. At the same time refreshing, velvety tannins are slowly rounding off. All underpinned minerality. A Pinot Noir with an intense taste, full-bodied, with accentuated elegance and a persistent aftertaste in which notes of ripe berries, plums, cedar, roasted and hazelnuts are perceived.A wine of harmony that will brighten up especially roasted meat dishes, such as roast, pork steaks, as well as with pheasant or duck.
