The wine is a yellow hay colour with shades of golden yellow. The aroma is reminiscent of citrus fruits, ripe peaches and grapefruit which intertwines with the aroma of bread crusts. In the mouth is a wine full of flavor with a pleasant freshness and long aftertaste.
The wine is of a pomegranate red colour with shades of ruby red. The aroma and the taste is reminiscent of blackberries, cocoa and roasted coffee. The wine is elegant and suitable to be served throughout the entire meal.
White Carolina is of gold and yellow colour. The smell is expressive, with a distinct smell of coconut, caramel and over ripe fruit. In the mouth the wine is dry, dense, with appropriate levels of acidity. Some discrete aromas of ripening and yeast are recognized. A very compact and harmonious wine, offering a long after taste.

Cuvee 2016 je sestavljen iz petih sort: Chardonnay, Renski rizling, Šipon, Sauvignon in Sivi pinot, ki edinstveno prispevajo h karakterju, v katerem se izmenjujejo svežina in sadnost kot tudi kompleksnost in večplastnost. Rezultat se zrcali v bogatem in prefinjenem vinu polnega telesa, z zrelimi sadnimi in začimbnimi notami, ki so posledica zorenja v hrastovih sodih.Srednje globoke zlatorumene barve. Srednje poudarjena, umirjena cvetica nakazuje tako zorenje, kot mladost. Zrela jabolka, kanček pikantnih not v smeri cimeta, sočne hruške. Prepleteno pestro in ravno prav aromatično, da pove, da gre za regijo, kjer je aroma eden ključnih atributov. Suho v ustih, krepkejše, tekstura je oljnata, v ustih zaznamo tudi nekaj kvasnih not. Kislin je živahna, višja, zrela. Vino je po petih letih v odlični formi, več kot prepričljiv je zaključek, kjer se aromatični profil prav prijetno razpre in zaključi v dolgem zatonu.

The wine is matured, drinkable now but also suitable for some aging 6 – 10 years.Wine technologyThe wine is a combination of two different vineyard positions and age combined by six different clones: R4, R9. R18, R20, 115, 777. All the vines are very low yielded. Grapes are rich, well matured. The two yields complete each other thus diminishing the vintage moment.Before maceration a part of the must (10 – 20 %) is taken away (saigne) to concentrate colour and tannins. 10 – 12 days of maceration in stainless steel tank with 10 % whole grape, one delestage (racking the whole liquid for 12 hours). The wine is aged for 14 months in French Louis Latour oak barrique barrels. Controlled malolactic fermentation and 6 months of active batonaging
