Ročno pobrano grozdje. Nekajurna maceracija grozdne drozge, prešanje in bistrenje mošta s sedimentacijo pri nizkih temperaturah. Fermentacija pri temperaturah 10 °C do 20 °C. Trimesečno zorenje vina na odmrlih kvasovkah v cisternah iz nerjavečega jekla.
Vonj/okus:
Vino svetlo zelene barve z rumenimi odtenki. Na vonj izražene arome breskve, tropskega sadja, travniškega cvetja. Enostaven , všečen.
Vino srednjega telesa z zaznavami okusa po tropskem sadju. Izrazite svežine z dobro harmonijo med sladkobnostjo in strukturo. Pookus je natančen, enostaven, všečen.
Vsebuje sulfit.
