The Red Amphora represents the next step among our red wines.Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) provides tartnes and hardness, Merlot (50%) gives it softness, juiciness. After 15 months of maturation in barrique it matures for another 12 months in ampfora, where it matures and round off.
Light, fresh and pleasant wine for every occasion. A variegated scent reminiscent of ripe raspberries, wild berries and other berries. It is characterized by a lower alcohol level and nice, accentuated acids. The aftertaste is relatively long, which is due to less loaded vines. It goes well with traditional Slovenian dishes, especially Dolenjska dishes (štruklji, suckling pig, goat on a spit, blood sausages with cabbage, martini goose with grinders, cured meat dishes).
Monterosso Brut Nature Rosé sparkling wine from Montepulciano grapes. The wine is colored luminous pink with elegant tiny bubbles. Monteclassico rosé is the most refined wine of the Monterosso estate. It has a rich fruity aroma, harmoniously complemented by the buttery scent of freshly baked croissants. The wine, made according to the classic method, is extremely dry, which together with its harmonious middle body and pleasant minerality gives it unprecedented elegance. Monteclassico rosé can be an excellent aperitif, as well as an excellent accompaniment to various dishes.
Pullus G Traminer belong to the line of selection of position and also vintage, as each year is not suitable to be filled in the G line. Wine has a gentle medium intense lemony colour. Rich bouquet reveals to us the scents of dry rose blossoms, lime, lemon grass, ginger, dry orange rind and cloves. Used barrels, where wine fermented and matured, support the rich scent well. Taste is of a medium-bodied wine, but with a satisfactory amount of intensity of flavours. Acidity is harmonious, and the wine leaves a good long aftertaste in the mouth.

The gently macerated Pinot Gris is onion-pink in color with a more intense copper edge. On the nose, we sense delicate floral-fruity aromas (yellow fruits and citrus fruits) complemented by the scents of fresh raspberries and plums. The aromas of ripe pears also sneak up into our noses. The taste of the wine is pleasant, fruity, and elegant freshness.It is excellent with substantial fish dishes and slightly spicy meat dishes (steak tartare). We suggest a crab skewer with rosemary and bacon.
