Golden yellow with greenish tones. Composed and rich, reminding of Acacia and Passion Fruit blossoms, green almond, floral honey. Medium bodied, mineral and smooth, juicy. Pleasant and aromatic on back palate. Long.Manually picked grapes were picked in the mid-September. Grape berries were macerated for 12 hours, then gently pressed. After sedimentation, spontaneous fermentation occurred and malolactic fermentation at 18°C. Young wine was maturing for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

We dedicate the same amount of attention to this, in our homeland the most widespread white variety, as to previously described noble ones. Wines are complex, but thanks to salty minerality and juicy acidity, they are adorned with very pleasant freshness. Depending on the vintage however, we can feel more or less botrytis, sometimes also petroleum notes, spiciness or herbs. We feel apples, pears, apricots, and sometimes some of tropical fruits on the palate. Aftertaste is always nice and long.

It enchants with density, which we see when the swirl in the glass stops quickly, forming slow slipping tears on its walls.It boasts an intense and lustful bouquet of overripe yellow fruit. We detect overripe apple, yellow plum and a fig, dried orange peel, dry yellow rose, honey, straw, thyme, roasted almonds, vanilla, gentle notes of butter and caramel, nutmeg, and a slight note of smoke.Veliko rebula is dry, soft, with well-integrated alcohols. With crisp freshness and mineral salinity, leaving a slightly astringent taste. A wine of intensity that shows a balanced character, at the same time its youthful freshness indicates that it still has great potential for aging.A great wine indeed, full-bodied, with accentuated elegance and a lasting persistency, reflecting overripe fruit, sweet spices and herbs.

Stronger, intense taste and even longer aftertaste. The taste in the mouth is very varied and persistent.
