Vintage Tunina is a field blend made of Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Ribolla gialla,
Malvasia and little percentage of a sweet local grape variety. It is bright straw-colored with golden reflections.
The nose is intense, wide, very elegant and persistent with scents of honey and country flowers. To the palate it is dry, soft, well balanced with an extraordinary persistence due to its full body. It matches with first courses with truffles with fish dishes and poultry. It is a great match with fresh salmon stuffed with parmesan cheese and artichokes.

After the harvest of a perfectly healthy and very ripe grape, the wine was macerated for about 20 days in home-made oak barrels. The fermentation took place with its own yeasts, at an uncontrolled temperature, and the wine then matured in these barrels for less than a year.It is a deep golden yellow color, grapefruit on the nose, lime also acacia flower. Fruity in the mouth, fresh and at the same time rich with pleasant tannins in the background and a long aftertaste.

Sauvignon from Sauvignon grapes vinified as a white wine. It has a brilliant straw-yellow colour with light greenish highlights. Its aroma is intense, persistent, and fruity with a pleasant hint of elderflower. Its taste is full and dry, elegant and balanced.The wine is left to age on the lees in stainless steel tanks for about six months and a few months in the bottleTo be paired with shellfish in general, seafood risotto, and white fish in sauce. "…Dreams…" from Chardonnay grapes. It has a sparkling straw-yellow colour. To the nose it offers charm and complexity, with aromas of rare elegance and refinement. Exotic hints of ripened fruit, melted butter, vanilla and pastry prevail. In the mouth it keeps all the promises made to the nose, follows through on them, and embellishes them with gentle flavours and aromatic nuances that are fresh and persistent.
