Goes well with baked red snapper with grilled vegetables, white wine, apple, lime and rosemary; Cameros truffle with mushrooms, and cabbage with extra virgin olive oil; Milk-fed lamb chops with buttermilk, asparagus and red wine; Suckling pig confit with its crunchy skin and caramelized apple.
This is a red wine with a balanced aging of 2 years in new and partly new barrels made of American oak and a year and a half in a bottle. The result is an elegant wine that combines complexity and finesse, summarizing the best features of Spanish identity and topicality.

Nice, deep garnet colour, with hints of purple. Good aromatic intensity, with black fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant) and hints of roasting and smokiness with a mineral touch (marl, limestone). Good texture. On the palate, fresh and frank attack. Presence of melted tannins. Persistent, fresh, fruity and mineral finish. Matches well with tournedos or filet mignon, duck in wine sauce or a cheese plate. Cold maceration. Natural yeast fermentation and vatting for three weeks. Aged for 12 months in barrels of which 25% are new. Production of 10 000 bottles on average.

We close our eyes and let ourselves be seduced by the romantic hills, the fragrant mulberries and the warm sun.Evoking bramble and red cherries followed by a grassy note. Ruby red colour with a purple hue. Medium-bodied, boasts a gentle texture and a quite long finish.

The color is classic Pinot Noir, not too deep ruby with a hint of brick. The bouquet is variegated, fine and fruity. In the foreground are pronounced berries, especially raspberries, which turn into gentle notes of vanilla and a hint of leather. It is a dry, full-bodied wine, to which we attribute a sophisticated character and softness. The taste is varied, with pleasant sensations of ripe strawberries and a gentle touch of wood. An exceptional wine of silky and mature tannins with accentuated elegance. Pinot Noir, which despite its delicacy presents itself as a rich, harmonious wine with a long, warm decline. A classic, more mature style of Pinot Noir that goes very well with meat main dishes. The wine is in very good shape, but to feel it in its full splendor, we recommend decanting before drinking.

Pullus Sauvignon is always a combination of several different locations in StyriaSlovenia, where the best Sauvignons grow.Haloze hills gives it warmth and body, Central Slovenske gorice its extraordinary fruitiness and strict acidity. Wine is of delicate lemon colour with greenish tinge. This year, due to slightly colder temperatures during the grape ripening, the aroma turned more towards the“greenish” aroma profile. In the foreground are gooseberries, asparagus, boxwood, the smell of hay and grass. After a while, grapefruit and tropical fruits join. Taste is juicy, lively acidity is mature and pleasantly refreshing. Wine also expresses its fruitiness in taste, which is extremely persistent and goes into a nice long after taste. Aromaticity and lightness are the main attributes of this “wild” wine representative, as its name already suggests.
