V nosu se odpre s subtilno prefinjenostjo: najprej zaznaš cvetlične note – akacija, lipa, mogoče celo malce cvetov vinske trte. Nato pridejo sadne plati – zrela hruška, breskev, kanček agrumov. V ozadju je prisotna tudi nežna aroma brioša in le rahel pridih mandljev, kar je rezultat večletnega zorenja na drožeh.Na okusu je zelo harmoničen. Ni pretirano suh, a še vedno eleganten in svež. Ima lepo zaokroženost in mehko teksturo, s finim ravnotežjem med sadnostjo in kislino. Zaključek je čist, z blagim mineralnim občutkom, ki ostane na jeziku še nekaj trenutkov.

Damilano Brut Metodo Classico is a sparkling wine from Piedmont, produced using the traditional method from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. It has a straw-yellow color with golden reflections and an elegant, long-lasting perlage. The aromas are intense, featuring notes of citrus, especially grapefruit, along with subtle hints of toasted hazelnuts and croissant. The palate is refined and saline, with well-balanced acidity that enhances its character, a pleasant minerality, and a long finish. The wine ages for at least 24 months on the lees in the bottle.The recommended serving temperature is between 6 and 8°C
