The “Signature” of our oenologist Dimitri Bazas, this Bourgogne Chardonnay comes from a selection of our best barrels of Chardonnay. The grapes are grown in the classic regions of Puligny, Meursault, and Rully. This harmonious blend gives it both the classic character of Chardonnay from the Côte d’Or and the floral elegance typical of the Côte Châlonnaise.Bright color, yellow gold with golden highlights. Strong aromatic intensity. The nose is rich and well opened, with notes of exotic fruits and white flowers, notes of caramel and vanilla on a background of toasted bread.Fresh on the palate, an opulent body, smooth and round.At the finish, a good aromatic persistence of the fruit, united with a good balance between the acidity and the roundness.
Gorgeous bright red color that gets a purple edge with age. Intense and persistent fruit bouquets, taste in development, with vanilla that is gaining in decline. Exto Gredič is a structured wine that will find lovers a wide range of drinkers.
The wine is of a gentle golden yellow color, slightly cloudy and unfiltered. The bouquet is accentuated, clear, fruity and beautifully varietal defined. In addition to the expected stone fruits, we also find honey, apples, cloves and cinnamon.Widely inviting. In the mouth, the wine is dry, medium-bodied, with nice acids that are slightly higher than in Istria. The real beauty of this Malvasia happens in the mouth, where it is very tasty, varied, we also find a slight touch of wood. With a nice texture, it spreads nicely across the mouth. Excellent, brought to the limit and with a very long aftertaste.The best between 2019 and 2025.
Only the best grapes are used for Malvasia magnums, whose wine is aged for 24 months in used barrels. Therefore, the aromatic freshness of Malvasia and the mysterious depth of oak wood are harmoniously combined.

Pinela is an autochthonous variety of Vipavska dolina region, cultivated exclusively on the slopes and elated sites. Pinela is sensitive to high humidity and it is willing to grow calm, where reason, why we plant it to the poor soil, marly soil. As our grandfathers did.The wine is of medium deep golden yellow color. The bouquet is pronounced, fruity, and also smells of tropical fruits such as bananas and pineapples, ginger and ripe apricots. It is dry in the mouth, despite the lower alcohol level it works fuller, perhaps also due to the rather oily texture, quite intense, it ends in a long, fruity aftertaste.
