The wine is dry, soft and fairly warm. At the same time refreshing, velvety tannins are slowly rounding off. All underpinned minerality. A Pinot Noir with an intense taste, full-bodied, with accentuated elegance and a persistent aftertaste in which notes of ripe berries, plums, cedar, roasted and hazelnuts are perceived.
A wine of harmony that will brighten up especially roasted meat dishes, such as roast, pork steaks, as well as with pheasant or duck.

Ruby red with a translucent edge and pronounced density, which is indicated by thick tears that slowly sleep along the walls of the glass.Its aromas are intense and express a wide range of mature perceptions. Cherry, blackberry, black cherry, and plum, intertwined with perceptions of violets and red roses. Followed by a slight perception of smoke, which develops into a scent of cedar, eucalyptus, even wood. Over time, vanilla and licorice appear, with cloves in the background. The finish is marked by forest undergrowth, leather, and yellow tobacco.The wine is soft, broad, and joyful. Youthful acidity refreshes our mouths leaving them to a velvety tannin grip. A wine of character and intensity, noble elegance with a long aftertaste. Flavors of black cherries, ripe plums, dried red flowers, and sweet spices expresses on the palate for a long time.A powerful wine that already offers us plenty of pleasure but will continue to develop its potential and elegance at least in the next decade. A wine for long distances, complex, and will be a great accompaniment to complex meat or venison dishes, which have been enriched with various reductions that concentrated the flavors of fruit and umami. Merlot (80%), Cabernet Sauvignon (10%), Cabernet Franc (10%); from selected vineyards that are 15 to 35 years old. Careful selection, 14 days of maceration, and 36 to 42 months of maturing in 100% new oak barrels yields an open, clean wine, reminiscent of Bordeaux wines, which will not and can not be hidden. The ageing potential is 15 years.Deep, ruby colour with tinges of garnet showing bit of development. Intense on the nose, still quite youthful regardless of age. It shows plenty of ripe dark red and black fruits, nicely knit with scents of maturation in high quality oak barrels. Black cherry, sour cherry, vanilla, a hint of spicy black pepper as well as smoke. With time gentle floral sensations such as violets are coming through. All this is nicely interlaced in joint, very inviting, high quality aromatic sensation. Quite vibrant.Dry on the palate, full bodied. With grippy tannins, plenty of structure with an aim to bring the wine in the second decade of its life in the best vintages this can be extended even to third or fourth decade. Acidities are ripe, quite high. With a rich, intense, complex aroma on the palate which s lasting. With long aertaste full of fruits and sweet spices like cloves and nutmeg.To be cellared for at least five years after the release and then can be matured for another decade.
