Guerila is an organic boutique winery located in Planina above Ajdovščina, in the Vipava Valley. The vineyards stretch across the southern slopes of the Planina hills, perched nearly 400 meters above sea level. The modest marl (flysch) soil, careful vineyard work, and the intense coastal sun come together to produce wines of exceptional quality.  The wines are known for their distinctive, varietal fruit aromas, full-bodied and seductive flavors, and a pronounced freshness and playfulness. Golden yellow color with green, brilliant reflections. The effervescence is emphasized by very fine, intense and persistent grain bubbles. The scent is very intense, fine. A combination of aromas of citrus, peaches, Mediterranean spices, with a green aftertaste and bread crust. Elegant taste, freshness and minerality, with endless feelings of persistence and cleansing.Manual harvesting of biodynamic grown grapes. Short maceration, pressing and decanting of must. Spontaneous fermentation and malolactic. Second fermentation in bottle with addition of frozen must from the same fermentation insted of yeasts. Maturation in bottle for 36 monts on own sediment. No addition of liqueur and sulphur at disgorgement.

Čisto vino z izrazito mineralnostjo, pravzaprav slano.Na okusu je preprosto mogočno, vseobsegajoče, toplo, harmonično, rahlo karamelasto, vendar še zmeraj živahno, igrivo in z dolgim pookusom.Vino je poldrugo leto na drožeh zorelo v 500-litrskem sodu iz francoskega hrasta, z njim so brez filtriranja napolnili 650 oštevilčenih burgundskih steklenic, ki so jim nadeli drugačno podobo.

A gentle, medium-bodied wine with just enough freshness. Highly mineral, harmonious and elegant.Manual harvest of selected biodynamic grown grapes sorted in the vineyard.
