Popolna harmonija. Izrazito fin perlage. Mladostno zrela peninaza najzahtevnejše pivce. Ponos kleti.Na vonju čudovit preplet belega travniškega cvetja, limone in medu, vse skupaj se dopolni z nežno zaznavo popečenega kruha, vanilije in briošov, kar je posledica dolgegazorenja na kvasovkah.Okus belega sadja se prepleta z rahlo zaznavo lešnikovega biskvita in medu; bogata, elegantna penina z nežnimi mehurčki in zelo dolgim pookusom.

Istinič’s Rare displays as a golden yellow coloured, brilliant sparkling wine with numerous fine and lasting pearls. The nose starts with a distinctive note of yeast autolysis, which in time evolves into pan brioche, yellow apple, dried pineapple, peach, dried lemon zest and a scent of sea breeze. The taste is bone dry, with crisp freshness and intense mineral saltiness, which in time evolves into an umami sensation. The flavour palate is pronounced, adding a touch of hazelnuts, toasted bread and dried stonefruit to the profile. The taste is intense, structured with an elegant and lasting aftertaste.

Lovely pale pink color already gives apreview on this playful penina. Aromas arediscreet and multi-layered, starting from hints ofraspberries and cream to ripe strawberry andlight buttery notes. Elegant mouthfeel with fineand persistant bubbles with creamy flavour thatreminds us of strawberries with cream. Finish ismedium and fresh which keeps us wanting more.Ideal partner as aperitve, but light dishes withtrout or wild salmon will give this wine a wholenew perspective.
