It is a deep ruby color, dry, stronger wine, full of flavor, with a velvety texture, intense character, the tannins are already pleasantly rounded. In the mouth we get black fruit, forest undergrowth also jam, at the end leather. Long, still very young and very good.

Sauvignon Morus je zadnje vino iz starega 66 letnega vinograda sauvignona iz vasi Plešivo, Morus. Leta 2022 jeseni smo začeli prenovo in danes tam raste 15000 mladih trt Rebule in Malvazije. Sauvignon Morus je vino, ki kaže na veličino in terroir tega opočnega amfiteatra. Vinifikacija: stisk celega grozdja, fermentacija v hrastovem 225l sodu, staranje na grobih drožeh 10 mesecev. polnjeno brez filtracije.

Puligny Montrachet and Chassagne Montrachet are at the center of the four villages comprising the part of the Côte de Beaune region known as the Côte des Blancs (Meursault, Blagny, Chassagne and Puligny). This area received this name for the quality and royalty of its white wines.The vineyard is exposed to the sun from the east, and sits on a terroir composed of chalky soil. It is also the largest of the five Grands Crus.Grapes are harvested by hand and put in small cases in order not to damage the fruits. Grapes are pressed softly, and they ferment in oak barrels. Aging usually lasts 15 months on fine lies before bottling.

Grapes are first carefully de-stemmed and then each variety fermentsseparately for 11 days. Tempranillo ferments in stainless steel and CabernetSauvignon and Graciano in small oak vats. Pumping over and delestage (rack-and-return) operations are carried out on a daily basis.A selection of the best fruit available from our old 9-hectare (22-acres) single vineyard called Canajas plot, located at 465 metres above sea level. Its soil ismainly iron-clay, with a stony topsoil, which favours optimal ripening. After veraison, crop-thinning is carried out, selecting bunches with small berries in order to limit production up to 1 kilogram per vine.The nose is defined by deep ripe black fruit with hints of black spices, balsamic and mineral aromas. Full-bodied, juicy tannins and endless spicy finish. Powerful, round and solid.
