Teranino Teuta je liker, narejen iz izbranega vina teran in skrbno izbranih začimb. S svojim bogatim okusom združuje nežno sladkobo in sadno svežino terana, obogateno z aromami cimeta, klinčkov in drugih dišav, ki mu dajejo značilen, topel značaj. Postrežemo ohlajenega kot aperitiv ali digestiv, odlično pa se poda k sladicam iz čokolade, sadja ali samostojen ob prijetnem večernem druženju.

Pelinkovac (wormwood-based liqueur) Epulon of the Rossi family pays homage to Epulon, Istria’s legendary king. His fight for freedom against the all-powerful Roman Empire is reflected in the fight between the sweet and bitter taste of this elegant liqueur. The nose is dominated by wormwood, followed by vanilla, caramel, and citrus notes. The hard bitterness of wormwood is finely balanced with soothing notes of citrus fruits, anise, vanilla, and caramel. It finishes with an intriguingly unresolved, sweet-bitter, and long-lasting aftertaste. The suggested serving temperature is 8- 10 °C.It should be served chilled and neat or with ice, with an orange or lemon peel.Goes well in combination with dried fruit or as a digestive after a rich meal.

Produced according to the process of biodynamic production, after 25 days of maceration with its own yeasts, it is poured together with fine yeast into Slovenian oak barrels, where it matures for about 24 months. It is ruby red in color, with an intense rich scent reminiscent of plums, cherries, black currants. The taste is quite intense, pleasant tannins, nicely harmonious, which lets us know that the grapes were picked at full maturity. Long aftertaste. We recommend it with all red meat, especially grilled but not too spicy.

Pazo Barrantes is undoubtedly one of the flagship wines of the Rías Baixas D.O. Its Albariño grape grows in the Pazo de Barrantes’ vineyards, a bucolic twelve hectares single vineyard that warrants plenty of aromatic complexity to the wine, thanks to the wide range of natural essences that pervade the landscape influencing the grape’s aromatic development. An Albariño of great personality, with a striking and fragrant varietal character and surprising bottle ageing potential. It charms the nose with intense floral, fruity and balsamic aromas and delights the mouth with its depth, elegance and freshness. Pazo Barrantes is a perfect blend of structure and silkiness, complexity and exuberance, longevity and immediate enjoinment.
