The wine is very fresh and mineral. In addition to fresh citrus notes, it also offers the ripeness of exotic fruit. In the mouth dry, tasty, with a nicely expressed character, where the perceptions of the bouquet are repeated.
If the Riesling is the king, then the furmint is the Emperor of white wines. It is an old variety, typical for the area of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and was highly appreciated already in Napoleon’s time. Today, it is mostly found in Hungary, and somewhat less in Slovenia and Austria. Our furmints are mineral on nose, you will feel dry herbs and slight petroleum notes. On the palate you will enjoy dried and tropical fruit, especially mango. Big body is balanced by juicy acidity and mineral component. Aftertaste is incredible, both in length and aromas.
Bužinel's Sapca is a white Cuvee matured 10 months in oak barrels. Wine of golden yellow colour. Aroma is fresh and fruity ranging from peach to citrus peel with a hint of sauvignon. It blend nicely with vanilla notes. The wine is bottled and sold exclusively in Magnum 1.5L bottles.
Frankinja has rich and strong red colour. Modra frankinja impresses us with the scent of small forest fruits. In taste, with its elegance, smoothness and freshness, it seduces us into the lightness of the Dolenjska region. Part of this wine has also matured in small barrels, so it can generously offer its entire complexity when consumed.
Deep intense ruby color with garnet hue.In the aroma of this wine we find ripe cherries, plum jam, green pepper, dark chocolate, undergrowth, and in the end we can enjoy the sophisticated notes of wood.The wine is very rich and full of flavor, in which we can find notes of cherries in brandy, dark chocolate and tobacco. The mouth is dry, ripe, stronger moderate acids, tannins are not few, they are nicely ripe. It ends with a beautiful, long aftertaste in which we are pampered by velvety tannins.
Don Papa Baroko is made on the island of Negros in the Philippines. It is the result of a blend with old rum distilled from molasses, known locally as "black gold" which comes from one of the many local mills on the island.Don Papa Baroko has aged for several years in American oak barrels. The Master Blender then selects the most expressive casks, those which best reveal the fruity and vanilla notes.
